When you book a consultation, subscribe to our newsletter, take our diet quiz, or place an order, we collect your name, email, phone, health goals and, when relevant, delivery address. Payment details are processed by our payment partner and are never stored on our servers.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used only to deliver the services you asked for — dietitian consultations, meal plans, orders, freebies and program updates. We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use minimal cookies to remember your login session and shopping cart, and privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can clear cookies anytime from your browser settings.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised NutrifyMe team members bound by confidentiality agreements. We follow reasonable industry practices to protect against unauthorised access, alteration or destruction.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@nutrifyme.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Third-party services

We use trusted partners for email delivery, payments and hosting. Each partner is contractually obligated to protect your data. We share only the minimum information required for those services to work.

8. Children

Our services are designed for adults 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Parents seeking pediatric nutrition consultations must reach out on behalf of their child.
